Note: Processing time is 1-2 business days before shipment.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by:

What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately at support@vitakizz.com
- Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)
- We'll file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund
Do you deliver to my postcode?
We deliver to all UK postcodes, including:
- England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland
- Highlands and Islands (may have slightly longer delivery times)
- BFPO addresses

Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
Currently, we only accept one payment method per order. However, you can use gift cards or store credit in combination with a primary payment method.
Why was my payment declined?
Common reasons for declined payments:

📦 Orders & Tracking
How do I place an order?
- Browse our products and add items to your cart
- Click the cart icon and review your items
- Click "Checkout"
- Enter shipping and payment information
- Review your order and click "Complete Order"
- You'll receive an order confirmation email
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Before Shipment: Contact us immediately at support@vitakizz.com with your order number. We'll do our best to modify or cancel your order if it hasn't been processed yet.
After Shipment: Once shipped, orders cannot be modified. You can refuse delivery or initiate a return once you receive the package.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify you entered the correct email address
- Add support@vitakizz.com to your contacts
- Contact us at support@vitakizz.com with your order details
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@vitakizz.com. Once shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, but you may be able to contact the carrier directly.
What happens if I'm not home when my order arrives?
The courier will typically:
- Leave a card with collection/redelivery instructions
- Attempt redelivery on another day
- Hold the package at a local depot for collection
Check your tracking information for specific details.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Please see our Refund Policy for complete details.
How do I return an item?
- Contact support@vitakizz.com with your order number
- Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Pack the item securely with the RA number inside
- Ship using a trackable method
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
How long does it take to receive my refund?
- Processing: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Bank/Card: Additional 10-20 business days for refund to appear in your account
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective or damaged
- We sent the wrong item
- There was an error on our part
In these cases, we'll provide a prepaid return label.
Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
Yes! We gladly accept exchanges. Contact us at support@vitakizz.com to arrange an exchange. No additional shipping fees for exchanges due to our error.

Are your products authentic?

How do I know if a product is in stock?
- In Stock: "Add to Cart" button is active
- Low Stock: "Only X left in stock" message appears
- Out of Stock: "Sold Out" or "Notify Me" button appears
You can sign up for restock notifications on out-of-stock items.
Do you offer samples?
Currently, we do not offer product samples. However, we frequently run promotions where samples are included with purchases. Sign up for our newsletter to stay informed!

How do I use a discount code?

- Proceed to checkout
- Look for "Discount code" or "Promo code" field
- Enter your code and click "Apply"
- Discount will be reflected in your order total
Can I use multiple discount codes?
No, only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
Why isn't my discount code working?
Common reasons:
- Code has expired
- Minimum purchase requirement not met
- Code only applies to specific products
- Code already used (one-time use codes)
- Code entered incorrectly (check spelling and spacing)

🇬🇧 UK Specific Questions
Do you charge VAT?
Yes, VAT is included in all prices displayed on our website for UK customers. EU and international customers may see different pricing based on their location.
What about Brexit and customs charges?
UK Customers: No changes! Standard FREE delivery continues as normal.
EU Customers: You may be responsible for customs duties and VAT in your country. We'll clearly mark the package value for customs declaration.
Do you deliver to the Channel Islands or Isle of Man?
Yes! However, please note that these locations may have different customs and VAT rules. Additional charges may apply upon delivery.
